Video coaching sessions provide feedback on a particular behaviour,
task, skill or strategy you would like to improve on.

Select either a single session or a coaching series:

SINGLE COACHING SESSION 3 – 5 min video or youtube clip. Choose between receiving a customized feedback email with strategies and suggestions on how to progress forwards based on your video sent in or a phone call or on line meeting with minute by minute feedback while viewing the video. Cost $55.

COACHING SERIES Four videos or youtube clips of 3 – 5 mins. My recommendation, to be progressive, is to plan for 4 to 7 practice sessions between each video recording. For each of the 4 videos you send in choose between receiving a customized feedback email with strategies and suggestions on how to progress forwards or a phone call or on line meeting with minute by minute feedback while viewing your video. Cost $180.
